TMS is an easy-to-use system that allows you to track the history of your inventory by user or item.  We are proud to say that TMS has a standard feature that enables our clients to successfully pass their Inventory Management Audits by tracking the history and the performed Maintenance or Calibration performed on it.

TMS was created by a manufacturing engineer that had hands-on experience working in a machine shop.  He designed it to help your business take control of your inventory by eliminating unnecessary replacement costs and save you valuable time searching for a misplaced item.

He saw the amount of time wasted searching for a missing tool or needing an item only to find out that someone took the last one. TMS will help your business take control of your inventory by eliminating unnecessary replacement costs and save you valuable time searching for a misplaced item. Today more than ever, we need to be in control of every dollar.

TMS allows you to customize the individual Security Level for both your users and your inventory. This will ensure that a user with a Security Level 1 will not be able to check out an item that has a higher Security Level.

If you have multiple locations, TMS allows you to receive your new items at one location and transfer the items to your other sites. This will allow you to accurately track each location's expenses.

You can be assured that your Min/Max quantities are correct so you never run short of a crucial item. With the click of a button you can view the items you are running low on and the amount you need to reorder to bring your quantity back to your designated Maximum Amount.

If your facility uses employee ID cards, you can speed up the check-out process by scanning them through a Card Reader which will automatically populate the User’s information.
